OIL TANK SLUDGE VALVE – 3/4″

Fitted in the bottom of the rear of metal tanks (which are normally installed sloping backwards) to allow the escape of accumulated water and various other crud.  Normally fitted to new metal tanks prior to installation.

This sludge valve is specifically designed for oil storage tanks. It helps to efficiently remove sludge and impurities from the tanks, ensuring clean and reliable oil supply.

Our sludge valves are 3/4″ male threaded as this is the most popular sized used on most steel tanks.

Should you wish to remove water from your tank, the main cause for sludge build up then we also offer a few solutions to removing water from the bottom of oil storage tanks. This includes such solutions as a submersible pump, water finding paste, inline water trap filters and also tank water soaking sponges.
