The Piusi Supreme Smart 12/24v Transfer Pump is in effect a mini fuel management system and incorporates a authorisation system to use the pump and it will also record fuelling transactions for accounting purposes.

The Piusi 3000 Supreme pump is an advanced, secure version of the widely recognized BP3000 portable diesel transfer pump. Designed to address common issues associated with mobile tanks, this intelligent pump can operate on both 12V and 24V batteries and includes a 4m cable with clips.

The Piusi Supreme pump features secure dispensing, activated only by authorized smartphone app users, ensuring fuel security during off-hours. The pump also records dispensing data, such as fuel quantity, date, and time, allowing for precise monitoring and anomaly detection.

This intelligent pump optimizes its operations to save time and reduce the risk of pump failures commonly associated with mobile tanks. Users and managers can pre-set the dispensing volume, reduce flow rates for jerry cans, and rely on the pump’s automatic shut-off feature to prevent damage from dry running. Additionally, the pump can modulate its motor speed to prevent overheating, enabling continuous operation unlike other battery-powered models.

Ideal for plant hire companies, the pump’s reset function in the manager’s app clears previous users upon tank return. The standard model supports two users and stores the last 20 transactions. Upgrading to the PRO version allows for 10 users and the last 100 transactions to be stored or downloaded as a CSV file.

Multiple Piusi 3000 Supreme pumps can integrate with the Piusi B.SMART cloud-based fuel management software, facilitating remote monitoring of mobile fuel tanks across unlimited sites through a single online portal. This upgrade supports up to 500 users and unlimited transaction storage, with data downloadable in CSV format, making it ideal for larger operations or detailed reporting needs. Standard Supreme models can be upgraded to B.SMART via a portal upgrade available in the accessories table.
