Piusi Self Service AGILIS Management Software

The Piusi Self Service AGILIS Software is the upgraded version of the well-known Piusi Self Service Management 2018. Fully compatible with all existing Piusi fuel management systems, AGILIS brings a modernised interface and the added functionality of virtual tank level calculation, making fuel monitoring and reporting even easier.

Smarter Fuel Data Management

Instead of viewing transaction data only at the unit, AGILIS allows managers to conveniently access and analyse all recorded refuelling information directly on a PC.

With clear graphical views, data can be filtered by:

• User

• Date

• Vehicle

• Dispenser

This makes it simple to track usage, identify trends, and generate detailed reports. Data can also be exported in Excel, PDF, or customised .txt formats for further analysis or record-keeping.

Flexible Setup & Data Transfer

The software is available in two versions:

• Web download (recommended) using a licence key from Piusi

• USB version for portable use

Data can be transferred to the PC via:

• Key reader and USB connection

• Direct hardwiring

• Or, with the optional PW Mobile Pack, from up to 16 dispensers at a remote site over a 4G network

Virtual Tank Level Feature

By inputting supplier delivery details, the AGILIS software automatically calculates a virtual tank level by subtracting recorded dispenses—helping managers monitor stock levels in real time without requiring a dedicated gauge.

Backward Compatibility

The Piusi Self Service AGILIS software is suitable for use with:

• Piusi MC Box

• Piusi Cube

• Piusi Self Service MC

For those upgrading from the 2018 software, existing data can be migrated so no transaction history is lost.
