Use the drop down selection to select the vane set. In general the 230V/110V and the 54lpm 12/24V pumps have 6 vanes, the 12/24V 35lpm have 5 vanes.  The vanes are sold in the correct type and pack size for the pump selected.

If you are not sure which pump you have or which vanes you require, please measure one of the vanes you have and give us a call with the dimensions, also make a note of any serial/part/model numbers visible on the identification plate on the top of the pumps electric box, we will be able to guide you to the correct spare vanes.

When changing vanes in a centrifugal vane pump you should always remove all of the vanes and replace the whole set. The reason for this is because if a vane has broken or damaged it needs replacing of course but there may be other vanes that look ok but maybe weakened or damaged and if not replaced may break on the next use of the pump and could damage the new vanes you have replaced. Also check the impellor for damage or sharp edges and also the impellor housing for damage and debris that may still be in there.
