ATKINSON TANKMASTER VALVE 4-IN-1 SIGHT GAUGE

The Atkinson Tankmaster valve has been the industry standard fuel storage tank contents gauge for over 60 years. British engineering at its best, we support the valve with the complete range of spares so you can rely on the fact that its fully serviceable. With simple operational functions that has made the valve an firm favourite for an installation engineer and homeowner alike. The pull to read button to get your fuel level is straight forward and relies on fluid physics and not electronic parts like most contents gauges nowadays. A fully replaceable filter to ensure that only clean fuel reaches your boiler. The gauge also acts as an isolation valve when things need to be serviced.

2. Pull to Read Valve/Sight Tube allows inspection of tank contents level;
3. Integral Filter to ensure only clean oil is allowed to pass from the tank;
4. Self-Closing Hand Wheel isolates oil supply in case of fire near the tank.

The Atkinson Tankmaster Valve comprises the following features;

• PVC Sight Gauge
• Pull-To-Read valve to isolate flow into the tube during rest
• On/Off Handwheel
• Eutectic Solder Firevalve built into handwheel
• 10mm Brass Compression Fitting Outlet
• 52 Micron Nylon Filter (Replaceable)
• Reversible body for the left or right-hand exit of compression fitting
• Standoff Clip for mounting top of the tube to the top of the tank
• 1/2″ BSP Male Tank / Extension Fitting

TIP: If you are fitting this to a plastic tank then the outlet will be recessed and you will require an extension fitting to ensure the Atkinson Tankmaster Valve does not foul the end of the tank and prevent installation.  Extension pieces are available in 1″, 3-1/2″, 6-1/4″ and 7-1/4″, These are 1″ BSP Male Tank fitting/lock-nut at one end and 1/2″ BSP Female at the other end (select your required length from the options below).

TIP: Sight Gauges should not be fitted to bunded tanks; however, they may be used on any single skinned tank or in any area that is protected by a bund.
