The Wavin Comfia UFHC3 Underfloor Heating Pack 3 is a complete single-zone system designed for low-temperature heating applications, including air and ground source heat pumps operating below 55°C flow temperature.

Ideal for new builds and major renovations, this system is designed for installation within a screeded floor construction (screed not supplied) and provides efficient, even heat distribution across areas from 10m² up to 100m².

UFHC3 features the Wavin Sentio smart wireless control system, allowing app-based temperature control for a single zone. This makes it ideal for homeowners and installers looking for modern smart heating control without complex wiring.

Using 150mm pipe centres, the system delivers strong heat output suited to modern, well-insulated properties operating at lower flow temperatures.

Installation is carried out using a tacker system, where 16mm flexible polybutylene underfloor heating pipe is stapled directly into the insulation layer. Each pack is supplied with the correctly sized manifold and actuators to match the selected floor area, along with the required pipe coil and system components needed for installation, including isolation valves, temperature gauges, air vents and Eurocone connectors.
