The Wavin Comfia UFHC1 Underfloor Heating Pack 1 is a complete single-zone system designed specifically for low-temperature heating applications, including air and ground source heat pumps operating below 55°C flow temperature.

Ideal for new builds and major renovations, this system is designed for installation within a screeded floor construction (screed not supplied) and provides reliable, even heat distribution across areas from 12m² up to 100m².

Using 150mm pipe centres, UFHC1 delivers strong heat output suited to modern, well-insulated properties while operating efficiently at lower flow temperatures.

Installation is carried out using a tacker system, where 16mm PE-RT pipe is stapled directly into the insulation layer. Each pack is supplied with the correctly sized manifold and actuators to match the selected floor area, along with the required 16mm PE-RT pipe coil and system components needed for installation, including isolation valves, temperature gauges, air vents and Eurocone connectors.

Control is handled via a simple wired dial thermostat, allowing straightforward single-zone temperature management.
