The Wavin Comfia UFHC4 Underfloor Heating Pack 4 is a complete single-zone system designed for high-temperature heating applications, such as traditional gas or oil boiler systems operating above 55°C flow temperature.

Ideal for new builds and major renovations, this system is designed for installation within a screeded floor construction (screed not supplied) and provides reliable, even heat distribution across areas from 15m² up to 100m².

UFHC4 features the Wavin Sentio smart wireless control system, allowing app-based temperature control for a single zone. This provides a modern, flexible solution without the need for hardwired controls.

Using 200mm pipe centres, the system delivers efficient room heating suited to standard boiler flow temperatures.

Installation is carried out using a tacker system, where 16mm flexible polybutylene underfloor heating pipe is stapled directly into the insulation layer. Pack is supplied with a correctly sized blended manifold with integrated pump and actuators to suit the selected floor area, along with the required pipe coil and system components needed for installation, including isolation valves, temperature gauges, air vents, Eurocone connectors and a high limit thermostat.
