The Wavin Comfia UFHC7 Underfloor Heating Pack 7 is a complete multi-zone system designed for high-temperature heating applications, such as traditional gas or oil boiler systems operating above 55°C flow temperature.

Ideal for new builds and major renovations, this system is designed for installation within a screeded floor construction (screed not supplied) and provides reliable, even heat distribution across larger areas from 40m² up to 160m².

UFHC7 features the Wavin Sentio smart wireless control system, supplied with multiple wireless thermostats to enable independent temperature control across different rooms or zones. This pack supports up to 3 zones, making it ideal for multi-room layouts, extensions or open-plan spaces requiring separate control.

Using 200mm pipe centres, the system delivers efficient heat output suited to standard boiler flow temperatures.

Installation is carried out using a tacker system, where 16mm flexible polybutylene underfloor heating pipe is stapled directly into the insulation layer. Each pack is supplied with a correctly sized blended manifold with integrated pump and actuators, along with the required pipe coil and system components needed for installation, including isolation valves, temperature gauges, air vents, Eurocone connectors and a high limit thermostat.
